A Velocity Sprint is MVP development delivered in short, fixed-cost increments. Each sprint runs for a set period, costs the same as the last one, and delivers an agreed number of Output Units, and you commit to one sprint at a time rather than to a whole project. Most projects aim to launch a functional, usable MVP within 2 to 8 weeks, typically spanning 2 to 4 sprints.

Every sprint is a fixed price with no hidden fees. You'll always know exactly what you're committing to, with a predictable number of Output Units (OUs) per sprint, so you're paying for outcomes, not clock-watching. A working, deployable build of your product, together with an automated change log showing which Output Units were completed. From the first sprint you also get the documents produced in Velocity Planning, including your Velocity Requirements Document and Entity Relationship Diagram, which stay useful afterwards as your written specification. All code and deliverables created specifically for your project are yours once paid for.

That is what the Velocity Planning session is for. We work back from the single thing the product has to prove, keep the user journeys that carry it, and defer everything else to a later sprint. The test for each feature is whether the MVP can be launched and learned from without it; if it can, it waits.

No problem. You can reshuffle priorities during the sprint: swap in new items, push others back. Each sprint is a fixed container of value, but what goes inside it is flexible. You stay agile without losing budget control.

Each quoted OU includes up to two minor iterations, so you can fine-tune features twice without extra cost. If you need more changes, we'll simply estimate the additional OUs required before proceeding.

That depends on the complexity of your MVP. Most clients start with 2–4 sprints. We'll help you estimate what's realistic during a Velocity Planning session, but you only commit one sprint at a time, and can stop any Friday and the process will finish at the end of the current sprint.

There is no obligation to: the same Friday decision applies, so you can stop at the end of any sprint. As the product matures and the pace of change settles, we can move to an arrangement that suits it better, such as ongoing support or longer-term roadmapping.
