For quick-start planning, we position this as a loss leader, so we ask that you proceed only if you intend to work with us. We also offer other planning options, such as prototype planning and our validation package, for customers who are less certain about proceeding with their project.
Typically, the Quickstart process can be completed within 3–6 weeks, subject to availability and schedules, enabling rapid and informed decision-making and allowing you to maintain momentum and stakeholder confidence. This timeframe acknowledges that the process is highly collaborative and involves multiple stages of review, which is why we account for this lead time.
Although we can provide graphic designs, our Quick Start Planning process only reaches the wireframe stage, as this is sufficient for developing a suitable project plan for quoting. While Quick Start Planning does not include graphics, please let us know if you require them, and we can provide a separate quote.

Once the quick-start planning process is complete, customers can choose to proceed with either an Agile or Waterfall app development process. Each approach affects how we estimate and manage the project. The key difference is that the waterfall approach uses a fixed-price estimate based on predetermined requirements. In contrast, the Agile method supports iterative planning and evolving estimates as the project progresses.
For a Waterfall approach, we typically provide a fixed-price estimate. However, there may be cases where a fixed-price estimate isn't feasible or not all requirements can be covered on a fixed-cost basis. In most cases, though, we follow this approach.
Upon completion, you'll have detailed documentation and clear next steps to confidently transition into subsequent design, development, or further project stages, depending on your specific needs and goals.
