Yes. There is no charge and no account to create. You provide your email at the end to receive your results. The assessment does not commit you to a paid service.

Business owners, operations leaders and other decision-makers preparing for a first AI or automation pilot. It is also useful when experiments have started but ownership, controls or delivery capacity remain unclear. You do not need technical expertise.

The twelve readiness questions form five equally weighted foundations, each contributing 20% of the total out of 100. Within each foundation, questions carry equal weight: missing or unverified foundations receive no points, partial foundations receive half, and established foundations receive full points. 'Not sure' identifies a check to make, rather than proving a foundation is absent. Four context questions and the optional problem description do not affect your score.

A high score suggests stronger foundations based on your answers. It is not an independent audit, compliance certification or approval to deploy. Review each section: an overall average can hide an important gap. A real pilot still needs appropriate data, security, testing and human oversight.

Use the recommendations to agree the next practical step with the relevant owner. 'Not sure' is useful information, not a failure. Confirm what exists before making a commitment, and strengthen the foundations before widening a pilot.
