With the growth of smartphones and tablets, every element of the website has been optimised for use with mobile devices. The ordering of page content changes based on the screen size to improve the overall user experience and user journey so that Netcall can tailor user experience.
Netcall has hundreds of resources across dozens of categories. We improved user ability to find resources by implementing a highly flexible and easy to use filtering system. Resources are categorised by a range of different criteria, files can be protected so that only certain logged in users can access them, and they can also be 'gated' to gather contact details in order to access high value assets.
The website sits at the heart of Netcall’s marketing strategy. Working in partnership with Scorchsoft we wanted to create a professional, attractive, responsive and highly engaging website that is easy for visitors to navigate, with clear considered journeys, reflecting the Netcall brand. The site needed to be easy to administer and integrate with our Marketing Automation Platform as well as host attractive, easy to find multimedia content. Scorchsoft took our initial brief and brought it to life, supporting us technically to make it happen.

The new Netcall website has been built to integrate with their Marketing Automation Platform. User activity is analysed, users are given a lead score and calls to action such as contact forms capture customer data, tailoring the customer experience.
All pages, assets, and resources within the website can be set to only be login-protected, allowing Netcall to securely upload files that are not publically accessible. Pages can then be flagged as protected in order to drive an intranet.
