Netcall Telecom website design and resource centre
The Netcall website is an enterprise-standard site that borders on a web application. It was built to modern design standards, is fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile, and pairs a filterable resource centre with hosted video.
Four parts of the build mattered most: responsive design, the resource centre, integration with Netcall's marketing automation platform, and login-protected pages and assets.

Mobile responsive
With the growth of smartphones and tablets, every element of the website has been optimised for use with mobile devices. The ordering of page content changes based on the screen size to improve the overall user experience and user journey, so that Netcall can tailor the user experience.
Versatile resource centre
Netcall has hundreds of resources across dozens of categories. We improved users' ability to find resources by implementing a highly flexible and easy-to-use filtering system. Resources are categorised by a range of different criteria, files can be protected so that only certain logged-in users can access them, and they can also be 'gated' to gather contact details in order to access high value assets.
Marketing automation
The new Netcall website has been built to integrate with their Marketing Automation Platform. User activity is analysed, users are given a lead score, and calls to action such as contact forms capture customer data, tailoring the customer experience.
Intranet and secured assets
All pages, assets, and resources within the website can be set to be login-protected, allowing Netcall to securely upload files that are not publicly accessible. Pages can then be flagged as protected in order to drive an intranet.
